Purpose of processing

Purpose A: Logging of visits to the website on the basis of the IP address in order to evaluate the number of visitors and the pages viewed

Purpose B: Logging of system events with the IP address for troubleshooting

Purpose C: Evaluation of visits based on anonymised IP addresses by Matomo

Purpose D: Google Maps is used to make it easier for our customers to find our dealers

Legal basis for the processing

The processing for Purposes A, B, C and D take place on the basis of legitimate interests in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 Letter f EU-General Data Protection Regulation.

Legitimate interests of the processor

For Purpose A: The website is used to acquire new customers and to transmit information to interested parties. In order to be able to measure the effectiveness of this site and to optimise the site on the basis of this data, the data for Purpose A are collected. 

For Purpose B: In order to be able to continuously guarantee the technical availability of the site, system events are saved and evaluated. In order to be able to recognise and prevent intentionally caused events, all events with IP addresses are saved together. 

For Purpose C: From reports, we are able to see which areas of our website achieve good results and which pages are particularly popular. In this way we can optimise our website accordingly and make it even more attractive for you. 

For Purpose D: To make it as easy as possible for you to get to our dealers, we provide you with a corresponding list.

Every person affected by data processing has the right to object to data processing if there are reasons for their particular situation that serve to safeguard the public interest or legitimate interests of the processor.

This site uses the mapping service Google Maps via an API. The provider is Google Ireland Ltd., Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. The provider of this site has no influence on this data transfer.
